We at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, which is part of Orangelake, are looking for Sales or Marketing Professionals who are looking for growth with an amazing income potential. Holiday Inn Club Vacations look for individuals who excel in their role, and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests, owners, and team members. Our sales representatives operate out of our sales center in Gatlinburg, TN. They are on teams under superb leadership and are assigned tours daily. They guide potential buyers on a tour of the facility and sales center while discussing the vacation habits of the potential buyers and how to make guaranteed vacationing more affordable, accessible, and exciting. We look for individuals who are passionate in life and bring those qualities to work every day. Do you instill confidence, trust, and respect? Do you encourage success and build relationships? Often the word sales is associated with going door to door or having to make cold calls but none of that is required from our sales representatives. We have a calls center out of Florida that sets up all of our tours for us here in Tennessee. A sales representatives job is to get to know the potential buyers taking the tour, show them around the property, and understand the current way they travel and how to make the process/cost better for consumers through our incredible partnerships with RCI, Interval, Registry Collections, Direct Destinations, and IHG hotels (Crowne Plaza, Staybridge, Candlewood, Intercontinental, etc.). Im sure you never grew up telling yourself that you wanted to go into vacation ownership sales, but thats the beauty of it. Its one of the best kept secrets when it comes to an incredible sales career.
QUALIFICATIONS
:Must have or be willing to get a TN real estate or timeshare license in order to sell in the state of Tennessee.
:Must have sales, customer service, or marketing experience
:Must be able to overcome objections and discuss purchases with potential buyers
:Must be driven, self:motivated, and positive
:Must be available for a two week training course and continued training two days a week for 10 weeks
:Must have reliable transportation
:Must be competitive
