BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating all functions of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Provides leadership to staff; establishes policies and procedures. Monitors financial performance and seeks vendor contracts to achieve budget projections. Develops quality assurance standards and monitors indicators for food and nutrition. Works closely with managers to achieve goals.
Bachelors Required in Food Systems Administration, Food Science, Nutrition or related field.
Minimum Work Experience
Five years experience in health care food service management required.

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written,) MS Office skills, ability to solve problems, excellent organization and time management skills, leadership skills, fiscal responsibility, ability to work with families and providers, customer service focused, forward thinking.
