About the Job

Randstad is currently recruiting for an immediate opening for an administrative assistant to support a growing sales department. This position is a temporary position for 16-20 weeks.

Candidates will be supporting outside sales team, which will include data entry, processing quotes and orders, and customer follow up. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced office, with minimal supervision, and multi-task at a high level.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience with the following:

- Data Entry
- Order Processing
- Customer Support
- AS400
- MS Office
